Our ZO109 Sheep Dog at the V&A's Power of Making

Adam,Rouilly is delighted to announce the selection of one of it’s products as part of the Victoria & Albert Museum’s and Craft Council’s new exhibition, Power of Making.

The ZO109 Sheep Dog (Alsatian) zoological model forms part of the new exhibition of over 100 expertly crafted objects. The exhibition celebrates the role of making in our lives, with works by both amateurs and leading makers from around the world – showcasing a range of skill, scale and materials across a spectrum of varied uses and needs.

The ZO109 Sheep Dog is more commonly used in veterinary training and produced by SOMSO Modelle of Germany, who supply our entire range of fine anatomy, zoology and botany models. Renowned throughout the world for their quality and accuracy, all models are produced using the latest scientific knowledge and a careful finishing process using a combination of mechanical and expert hand assembly and painting.

Adam,Rouilly has been established for over 93 years, supplying clinical skills simulators, anatomical, zoological and botanical training models across a range of medical, veterinary and biological training requirements.

Power of Making runs from 6 September 2011 to 2 January 2012 at the Victoria & Albert, London. More information on the exhibition is available Here
